Bryan Keith Williams 

Bryan K. Williams is a partner in the firm, where he has been practicing since 1998. He primarily practices in the areas of healthcare defense, insurance defense, and general litigation with the firm. His practice includes cases both in state and federal courts. He has successfully negotiated and mediated as well as tried civil lawsuits in a number of practice areas including workers' compensation, civil rights, landlord-tenant and personal injury cases.

Mr. Williams obtained his undergraduate degree at David Lipscomb University and obtained his J.D. degree from The University of Memphis School of Law in 1998, where he received The Dean's Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Advocacy, was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, and served as President of the Environmental Law Council from 1997-1998. He served as judicial clerk for the Honorable James F. Russell for the Thirtieth Judicial District in Memphis, Tennessee. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association's Litigation Section for the 2001-2002 year.
