Thomas I. Carlton, Jr., Managing Partner of the firm, has been qualified as a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator by the Tennessee Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Mr. Carlton received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from the Nashville School of Law, where he has been an instructor for twenty-four years. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and the American Bar Associations. Additionally, Mr. Carlton is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Association and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Since 1999, Mr. Carlton has been a member of the Harry Philips Inns of Court.
