Bio
Jason joined Cornelius & Collins, LLP as an associate in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law for two years in Kentucky. The focus of his practice is civil litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on tort and insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Jason also advises a broad range of clients on personal and business issues. He represents plaintiffs and defendants, and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Tennessee and Kentucky. Jason is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
Jason received his law degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
In addition to his legal pursuits, Jason is an active member of the Nashville community. He is a 2009 alumnus of the Nashville Young Leaders Council, and is a member of the Harry Phillips American Inns of Court.
